Feedback and contact

If you find a problem not listed here, or need information in a different format, email accessibility@wellbriefed.co.uk. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. If you're not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.

How we tested it

This statement was prepared on 19 October 2026. We tested with keyboard-only navigation, automated contrast checks, and by reviewing labels, headings and announcements against WCAG 2.2 AA. We will arrange an independent audit and update this statement with the results.
